Hi Dr. Nevins

I wrote a nice long story about why I feel so lucky to be your patient in MDVIP but when I finished what I wanted to say and was putting in my name and email address it then asked for what state I live in. I was to tap on a v shaped item and pick the state. No matter how much I tapped on the damn thing it didn’t respond. All of a sudden all disappeared, not to be found. I’ll just say here, that I could not be more pleased that I am your patient and appreciate all you do for me.
