National Doctors Day is the perfect time to express my appreciation of you as our doctor and friend.

On December 9, 2016 you diagnosed my symptoms as Guillain-Barre syndrome. You arranged for my admittance at Tarzana Hospital . You also contacted Dr. Dominick who saw me and arranged for treatment starting that same day. I remained in intensive care for 13 days. I was transferred to the regular hospital care section and remained there for several more days. You arranged for my transfer to Canyon Oaks Nursing Home where I received excellent physical therapy. Your regular visits and oversight was greatly helpful. I remained there for several months and improved enough to be transferred to the Northridge in patient rehab center for more vigorous physical therapy. I returned home and was able to eventually walk and even drive my car. You have been a major reason that I have regained my ability to live a normal productive life and for that I will be forever grateful.
