I know that when I place a call to your office, my needs will be attended to in a professional manner and that I am not just a number on the treadmill of life trying to navigate the healthcare system.

My calls are always promptly returned - no questions are left unanswered and appointments are always arranged to accommodate my schedule.

You were so calm and comforting when my mammogram results were uncertain. You immediately arranged for additional tests, continually re-assuring me that everything was under control. You kept me in the loop until we thankfully received the results that we had been hoping for.

I also remember how kind you were to remove stitches that my dermatologist had given me, after a minor unexpected procedure in Santa Monica. You graciously took care of me so that I did not have to make the 2 hour trip back to her to have the wound attended to.
