Dear Dr. Lie,
You have made a big difference in how I think about my health. I so appreciate your giving me the Duke Univ. glycemic food lists for low, moderate, and high. Following that guide, I not only reduced the sugar in my body, I lost pounds and gained energy. I also appreciate your allowing me to trade regular exercise for pills to stave-off bone loss. I'm much better at keeping a regular exercise routine than I've been in the past. Most of all, however, I appreciate your genuine concern and attention when we met and talked. You listen, unlike so many other physicians. Bottom line: I love you and sorely regret having to leave your care because of the yearly MDVIP charge.
