Dr. Rob,
Thanks for all that you have done for my family over the years as our family doctor. You really helped during the difficult times whenever Will was in college and had trouble with drug addition. I really appreciate your kindness and help during those most troubling times of my life. Nothing harder than a mother having to accept that he son is so far from being perfect. As for your showing constant understanding, empathy, advice, help, and most especially being such a great listener for me during the last years few years of Mack's life, I don't know if I would have made it if not for you. I always knew that you would be there to listen as long as I had to talk. Of course, thanks for all that you have done for him especially during the last three years of illnesses. You are really a great person and professional. The world would be a better place with more people like you.
