Dear Dr. Bickle,
There really are not enough words to express our gratitude for the superb care that you have given us over the past 30+ years. Therefore, I will keep this short and to the point....Neither Don or I would be writing this to you if it weren't for your extraordinary physician's knowledge and skills over the years. Your knowledge has saved both our lives on more then one occasion and then allowed us live a very good and normal life.

Thank you for being there each and every time and then some, regardless of day or time, that we have needed you.
