Jerry and I thank God for you being our doctor. We have had a patient/doctor relationship for over 30 years and that means so much to us. You are a man of compassion,love, faith, understanding and wisdom. No matter what we have gone through or are going through, you always know the right words to say, to give us hope and encouragement. We love you so much for that and all you do for us physically and spiritually. You are walking in your God given purpose and that's a blessing to us and everyone who comes in contact with you.
