I can't begin to thank Dr. Mitchell enough for always being here for our family. For over 30 years you have been here to monitor our health, take care of our needs, give exceptional advise. You have been our doctor and our good friend. You have gone over and beyond what is expected by most people. I credit you with keeping my husband alive. You have followed up with personal phone calls and even delivered medication to my front door. You are an exceptional human being. We love and thank you.
