Worth His Weight In Gold!

I appreciate so many things about Dr. Smith. I appreciate the thorough annual physical assessment and the time spent answering my questions and giving me guidance I need, without ever being rushed. I appreciate that I have such a comfort level with his care that I am never hesitant to ask any question no matter how minor it might seem to me. He always explains things completely, giving me pros and cons and guidance to help me decide what to do. I recently met with him for this year‘s annual physical. During this visit, I mentioned my concern to him about an upcoming family trip to Disneyland amidst the coronavirus situation. I was going to go ahead and go, but I was feeling very uncomfortable about the exposure we would be opening ourselves up to with this virus. Later on that day, I received a phone call from Dr. Smith calling to let me know that Disneyland was closing! He cared enough about my anxiety and about me on a personal level to take the time to call me and make sure I had heard the news!! He is always prompt in returning phone calls and in contacting me with test results. He has intervened on a number of occasions on my behalf to expedite or untangle red tape in getting tests authorized by the insurance company. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor!!!
