Wise man

Doc Allen has taken care of me for many years and I like him. One incident I will recount. I was prepared to go to a friends pool to exercise as I do not swim In my swimsuit and coverup I went to the car but had left my keys in the house. Earlier in the day after breakfast I had thrown up but was alright now. Went back to get keys and was suddenly not feeling well so I called my friend to say I was not coming I just happened yo have an appointment with Doc Allen that afternoon so drove myself in and mentioned my throwing up. He started checking things (mri) which did not show anything so did something to check blood? I am not a Dr and it indicated that I had had amild heart attack. somehow it was discovered that the affected artery was too small to do a stent. My children were afraid of open heart surgery because of my age but there just happened to be a new procedure that did not call for opening the chest cavity. The surgeon went through my breast to take care of the problem there is a chance that if I had not mentioned throwing up indicating the problem there could have been more trouble later on. There are many more indications of her care over the years. I am pleased to be apart of the MD VI P program. Doc Allen Knows me and the thought fuming my 87 year old self on A stranger is not at all appealing. After all I may out live Doc. I am a tough ole bird if I can just keep my mind. he is O K by me!!
