Willing to listen

sometimes the most important thing your doctor can do is be available to listen to concerns even when, at the end of the day, there is nothing wrong. I feel like my MDVIP doctor, Helena Santos-Martins, has gone well above the call of duty in ensuring that my family knows that if they are worried about why they aren't feeling right, she will be available to listen and advise. She has made a huge difference in reducing the negative impact that "Doctor Google" has inflicted on our world and ensuring that human judgement is still available to guide us through life.
