This whom we call Rose, by any other name would be as sweet.

I found MDVIP's Dr Rose Paiva after a long search for a General Practitioner whom I could communicate with. I have a complex history of years of continuous problems that weren't being addressed properly by other doctors I'd tried in our area, and I began to despair of finding someone I could trust with my care in my new hometown. My husband learned of MDVIP and we both subscribed, with high hopes.

Meeting Dr Paiva and her staff was a breath of fresh air. Down to earth, efficient, warm, friendly, and caring. Most importantly, readily accessible, and each with listening skills ! It takes a good leader to keep good staff, and this dedicated team has formed a cohesive unit that works tirelessly to look after their patients. Follow ups after appointments to be sure things are improving, after hours phone consults when needed, even trading good humoured teasing, one feels comfortable, cared for, and cared about.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr Paiva, Jiresa, and Elena. I have recommended the office to others with full confidence that anyone would feel the same as I do. I trust them to keep me in good health for years to come, and to keep me smiling every time we're in touch.
