When I moved to Philadelphia from Haddonfield, NJ, my doctor in Haddonfield strongly recommended Dr. Cohn. At that time, Dr. Cohn was not taking new patients, so another doctor in the city was recommended to me. Within a year or so, she contacted me to tell me that she could take me. At that point, there were several doctors in the group practice where she worked. Within a couple of years, she and several of the other doctors moved to a larger place nearby.

At that time, Dr. Cohn had decided to downsize her practice and joined a group of others in the Eastern U.S. who wanted to give more time to fewer patients. Though it was more expensive to the patients who joined, many of us had decided her care was more important than the extra cost.

When I had knee surgery (after years of chronic damage in my left knee), she was at my bedside in the hospital very soon after I was rolled into a room. She also checked on me while I was in the rehab facility over the next week and made sure that I got into the best one available. Whenever I have had a medical problem, she has guided me to the right doctor and /or solution. She reminds me when and where I should have colon examinations and other types of necessary exams one needs in aging.
