What the Heck has been Happening

During my annual physical after covid, Dr. Lori was like what the hell happened???? I'd quit working out because of the whole covid deal at the gym - wasn't in the best shape. I was believing in the excuse of staying away from people because of covid. Dr. Lori told me to get a gym in the house, even showed me pictures of at home exercise equipment. Love that she cares!!!! Best doctor ever.
