Weight loss journey

I don’t have one particular moment to share. Rather, I’d like to thank my physician Dr Lauren Gearhart for the kind, patient encouragement she’s shown as I continue on my weight loss journey. I have been morbidly obese for much of my adult life, and need to lose a total of 100 pounds prior to being able to have a much needed knee replacement. Weight loss at age 70 feels much more difficult than it did when I was a bit younger. Dr Gearhart has been supportive and offered many choices and tools to help me along the way. I have now lost a total of 40 pounds and am feeling much better. Thank you!
