we love Ann!!

Ann Tremblay is the first face we see when we visit the office and the first voice we hear when we call. She is so comforting, and patient with my mom who is almost 90 and moving slow, but also likes to tell lots of stories. Ann listens and responds so nicely to mom, its like she was a member of the family. She follows up on every phone call and is so prompt in responding back to us. She makes our visits to see Dr. Ragusa, more like a visit than a doctor appointment, we love Ann!!
