we have been Dr. Neibaur patient for ten years and never had to wait in his office for over 10 minutes. Several times we have been out of town and called him on his cell at night and he responded with in 5 minutes and then sent us a prescription to a drug store where we were located. The doc. he has referred us to have been excellent and his diagnoses is always correct.
