We cannot imagine our medical care being managed by anyone other than MDVIP - Dr. Dean Smith.

We trust his knowledge and value his opinions, both in the office, after hours and in the hospital.

While waiting days, sometimes weeks, to schedule a non MDVIP doctor visit, we can schedule a sick visit generally on the day of the phone call with Dr. Smith. This allows us to get diagnosed before sicknesses escalate.

Dr. Smith is gentle and kind as well. White coat syndrome generally does not happen when we visit him in the office.

The fact that Dr. Smith follows his patients in to the hospital is very important to us. We do not have to depend on a new hospitalist each day of a hospital stay with those doctors not knowing us or our medical history. Dr. Smith knows us and can treat us effectively.

Dr. Smith's nurse, Wendy, is also great. She is very knowledgeable and efficient.
