Unequaled Support and Professionalism

I recently had a freak accidenet which resulted in a very bad infection in my middle digit on my right hand. After going to an emergency satellite hospital mid night and not being diagnosed correctly, the very next early morning I sent my MDVIP Physician, Dr. Mark Handelman a picture of my finger and he immediately responded with the advice to get to Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas as soon as possible. It's a thing he did because besides the extreme pain I was in, my finger was so badly infected that I needed emergency surgery. Dr. Handelman not only went above and beyond to monitor my situation, he personally called me on my cell while I was in the ER to check on me, get info from the hospital Drs., and offer much needed compassion and comfort. He called again before surgery and after surgery to check my condition and how I was doing. His continuous support and caring was so very important to me and my state of mind as I also suffer from anxiety disorder and this was tantamount to keeping me level headed and calm. Even though it was over the weekend he called again until I was out of the woods and well on my way to recovery. I cannot express in words how important and meaningful his care was to me and how his support made me feel that I was not just another non entity. He truly is the consumate Doctor and huan being.
