Turn 85 this year

Been a patient of Dr. Carlton for 23+ years. Her primary concern of my health has made it possible for me to still be here to write this story. I came to her as a heart patient seeking a primary care physician. My history is my first open heart surgery was in 1984 5 bypasses and since than 2 more open heart surgery, several stents and on my second defibrillator implant. My health has been her concern with ever visit I cannot find the words for my appreciation of her as a medical professional.
