"Try This"

I appreciate that Dr. Schlein will first suggest some interventions before sending me off to a "specialist". In most cases these suggestions have worked. I also appreciate that Dr. Schlein is able to either fake well appreciating my silly jokes, or is really genuinely laughing without internally rolling his eyes. I also like that he trusts that I will appreciate his sarcasm, without taking personal offense.
