I was a new patient of Dr. Joann Pfundstein when I got a terrible nosebleed around 7pm on a Saturday night. After an hour of trying to stop it, I called Dr. Pfundstein’s cell phone.

I was shocked when she answered immediately. She asked pertinent questions and told me to go to the emergency room. Her manner was warm, yet decisive. I knew then that I had made the right decision to join her concierge practice.

I urged my partner to join as well. She had a similar experience with Dr. Pfundstein when she had a very high blood pressure reading. Dr. Pfundstein knew right away that the prednisone was a factor, but told her to take her BP medication twice that day.
