Truly Above & Beyond

My sharing is less a story than an ongoing experience. While Dr. Conlon is extraordinarily dedicated, competent and professional, what has meant the most to me in the past few years is his accessibility. Whether it’s his magic calendar or good planning, I never feel like I need to wait to schedule an appointment if I have a serious concern (often the same day). Additionally, I never feel rushed when I have questions or need more information. Probably the number 1 reason I consider Dr. Conlon’s care “above & beyond” is that I have never had to wait for test results. I’ve had medical tests on a Thursday or Friday, and the technician will usually say, “You’ll probably hear from your doctor on Monday or Tuesday”. I have come to be unsurprised by getting a call from him that very afternoon or evening. There have been many a call from his office number at 7 or 8 pm—even on a Friday—so that I don’t need to fret over the weekend. Even at that late hour, he always checks to be sure I understand the results and don’t have additional questions. Dr. Conlon is simply the best!
