True Caring for Patients

In approximately 2008, 16 years ago, I asked a specialty physician if he knew of any good GPs that he would recommend. He said that ‘I will give you the name of my doctor’. (That should tell you something – among all doctors that he knew, this was the one that he chose for himself .)

Since being accepted into Dr. Craig Serin’s practice, I could not be more pleased and satisfied. So much so, that every member of my family has since joined his practice.

Craig Serin is everything that you would want in a doctor and your personal physician, smart/knowledgeable, patient, listens (doesn’t interrupt), sympathetic, good sense of humor, and doesn’t rush one through and appointment. These are the personal traits that you would want, not only your doctor, but a close personal friend to have and he comes across that way. You would be lucky to have him as a friend and/or your physician.

As well as being a great personable doctor, as I said – knowledgeable – he uncovered a life threatening issue for myself, as well as another for another member of my family. That shows that he always searching one’s medical records/makeup and keeps current on newest medical data and innovations.

Upon being notified of his practice going to the MDVIP model, I, as well as the rest of my family in his practice, did not hesitate to sign up. There was no chance that we were going to go to another doctor.

On top of everything else, he has hired the best medical staff. Everyone is extremely pleasant and professional, treating you just the way you would want and expect.

In today’s society we are always asked to score a representative or a business with 1-5 Stars. If I were asked that question, he and his office would get 10 Stars!
