Tripping and Falling.

Over the past 2.5 years I have fallen and hit my head three times landing me in the E.R. Each time with multiple injuries to my head and upper body. The first time I feel,I was put in the Hospital for a day and a half for observation due to a concussion that I got from the fall and the fact that I had passed out. Doctor Sultan wasted no time getting to the E.R. To help me alone with the Doctors and Nurses. I have recovered from all of this with the constant time and care that that he has given me. I love the fact that he takes the time and has such a high commitment to his patients. I truly believe that I am alive today because of him. If there is an humanitarian award for this,I would like to be the person that gives it to him. His Nurses are the best there is,hands down. I look forward to the time that I can thank him for all that he has done for me. Thank you very much.
