Tribute to Dr. Meena Kakarala

Dr. Kakarala took over from our previous primary care provider, Dr. Ollins. From our first meeting, (4th Quarter 2023), Dr. Kakarala exhibited several very admirable traits. Dr. Kakarala is very attentive to our needs and conditions and very knowledgeable, courteous and explains the details in terms that are understandable.

My wife had a condition last year (2023) around Christmas that was attributable to and infection. I called Dr. Kakarala on Christmas eve and never expected to receive an answer. Although she was on the way out of town for Christmas, Dr. Kakarala returned the call within minutes and I explained the issue. It was too late to call in an order to our pharmacy but, Dr. Kakarala told us she would have the prescription called in by the day after Christmas. Somewhat to my surprise, when I checked with the pharmacy on the 26th of December, the order was ready.

We are unaccustomed to care and service of this nature in the medical establishment. We are grateful and appreciative of the relationship with Dr. Kakarala.
