Timely Referral to a Neurosurgeon

Dr David Verbofsky has always been available & concerned about my medical needs. On April 10, 2023 he called me with results of the MRI of my spine. The results were very bad, & he indicated the need to see a neurosurgeon. I called the Neurosurgery department & couldn’t be seen by a neurosurgeon until July. I called Dr Verbofsky, & he said he would help me. Two days later he called to tell me that a neurosurgeon’s office would call me to schedule in a few minutes. Within a few minutes, the neurosurgeon’s office called at about 10 am & scheduled me to see the neurosurgeon at noon that day. My surgery was scheduled that day on 5/9/23. This is just one example of his responsiveness to my medical needs.
