Thank you so much for taking wonderful care of me and my late husband
Dr Ross, both you and your staff have always treated both me and my husband with kind and compassionate attention. I've always felt comfortable
coming to your office and never felt that I was bothering you. You have listened patiently to my complaints and have been able to remedy the situation
or refer me to a specialist that could help. When my late husband was nearing the end of his life, you helped him (compassionately) understand the situation
and advised that he go on hospice care and you had him sign a Do Not Resuscitate order. I'm not sure I could have done that and I'm so very thankful that you
did that for him. Crescent Hospice provided wonderful care to Alan and kept his last days as comfortable as possible. They were actually there for me too.
Before he died, Hospice arranged for Alan to receive a quilt of Valor. The hospice nurse assured me that Alan was able to understand the ceremony and that
he was being honored for his service in the Navy.
