My wife and were going out of town on a 3-week vacation and I was concerned about a possible infection, and I thought Dr. Yang was on vacation, so I sent the message to her office - but I did cc: her. Well, Dr. Yang very quickly contacted me and provided the necessary information and prescription "if needed" knowing I was going to be out of the Country. Dr. Yang has always impressed me with her medical knowledge and ability to explain situations in layman's language - but this quick response both helped and impressed me.
