I started as a patient with Dr. Alyson Thal a few months after my diagnosis with Breast Cancer in 1999. My current doctor at the time was retiring to go into hospital service, and so I landed in Dr. Thal's amazing practice. Oh, my, what a difference a community-oriented doctor makes!! Dr. Thal's unique medical practice, now a part of MDVIP, consists of so many outreach services I've never experienced with a doctor before: educational talks about all matters that affect health care and financing the cost of it,, personal health protocols to improve sleep, ascertaining your need for medications and creating your own home-care pharmacy, even a financial health series. which, as a financial advisor. I helped find speakers for during five years of such talks. Besides that Dr. Thal makes herself available to us 24/7 When I recently had a bit of flu. she reached out to me multiple times over a three 1ay period to see how I was doing and even offered to bring me Chinese take out. Her personal caring for her patients is unparalleled. My hats off to you Dr. Thal for making each of us in your patient group to feel special, cared for, and in amazingly professional, good hands.
