Having been a MDVIP member for about 2 years, my wife, Susan, and I have been very pleased with the doctor-patient relationship we have with Dr. Scott Schaeffer. Fortunately, neither of us have had any serious medical issues during this time, but we appreciate the quick and concise replies to our email messages and questions. The questions range from medical curiosity questions to serious questions about COVID-19. Knowing that this resource is only an email message or telephone call away gives us confidence that if serious medical attention is needed, it will be there. He even answered his cell phone while on vacation one time. In addition, with Dr. Schaeffer’s coaching and encouragement we are leading a healthier lifestyle, having loss weight and increased our level of exercise.
