I moved to Maryland from San Diego and had to choose new doctors. As an eighty plus year old patient, making this decision was quite daunting. Each year that I have been a patient of DR. Kaplan, he has reviewed my yearly diagnostic results and have addressed those areas that need to be recognized. I am very appreciative of not only Dr. Kaplan's manner but also his outstanding Medical knowledge. On occasions when I have to call his office for medical advice he returns calls ASAP and identifies all concerns. Dr. Kaplan is more than just a physician, he provides "Care" to his patients.
