My wife and I had experienced below-par service from a nationwide health management organization. When we first spoke with Dr. Hoff, he explained that the average doctor in America has to treat literally over a thousand patients, which results in a much lower level of care and more of a "symptom-treatment" mentality than a treatment of the whole person.
