Thank you Dr. Claves!!!

I feel so fortunate to be among Dr. Jennifer Claves patients. At the suggestion of a lifelong friend and colleague, I joined her practice several years ago shortly before the COVID pandemic. Although I did not have my first appointment yet, Dr. Claves contacted me to ask if I wanted to get my first COVID immunization. I was most grateful for her initiative. Dr. Claves is an effective, thoughtful, and caring human being and physician. She is the gold standard for a primary care physician. Unfortunately, in our current complicated and broken medical care environment, this is a rare and difficult quality to find. Dr. Claves thinks about all aspects of her patients’ lives and helps them navigate and coordinate the pieces. She anticipates possible patient questions and concerns and discusses them via live visits, phone calls and messaging in a timely manner. She is an effective and understanding listener with a calm resolve. At the same time, she acknowledges realistic possible adverse conditions and addresses patients concerns honestly about them.
