Dr. Smith,
I just wanted you to know what a great comfort you are to me and my family. You are always there for all of us and that is such a great relief when we have any medical problem. It makes me feel guilty to call on a Sunday, or later in the evening, but you quickly put my mind at ease and order whatever is necessary.
