I contracted an upper respiratory virus in October 2023. I was lethargic in bed coughing constantly for a couple of weeks. My husband said I needed to go to Doctor. I made the appointment and arrived next day. The office was ready for me, went straight to patient room. After checking me over, I could tell Dr. F was very concerned. I was very sick and did not realize the severity. I received my medicine. Dr. F explained if I was not better by tomorrow she would put me in hospital. She also asked nurse Zac to help me to car where husband waited. Nurse Zac provided instructions to monitor me.
I received the best care, very attentive and caring response! I was very thankful and appreciative. I did not realize how sick I was. They checked on me the following day and reminded me to contact them if needed.
I had never had this kind of care with previous Doctors or their staff.
