Thank you
As National Doctors' Day approaches, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible care you've provided me and my family over the past couple years. Your dedication to your patients goes above and beyond, and I am continually amazed by your compassion, expertise, and unwavering support. There is one moment that stands out to me as a testament to your exceptional care, and it was probably a moment you never even thought twice about. My son came to see you, and even though he is 25 you understood that at times HIPAA is less important than making my son feel heard and letting him have me on the phone while he had an appointment with you for his comfort. Your genuine concern truly made all the difference, and I am grateful for your support that made my son feel it was an inclusive doctors appointment rather than creating judgement that he wanted his mother to be a part of his appointment. Recently my daughter called and left a message on your phone after hours; I was worried as she goes to UNR and is 8 hours from here. I texted you that she left you a message as she is really not feeling well, and you immediately responded that you got her message and was calling her right then. Then you THANKED US both that we reached out to you after hours to let you help her! That is when I realized that you are in the medical field to help people, truly help people. I understood right then that beyond your medical expertise, it's your kindness and empathy that truly sets you apart. You always take the time to listen attentively, address my concerns, and ensure that I feel heard and valued as a patient. Your caring demeanor and genuine interest in my well-being and my family's health have made all the difference in our healthcare journey. On this special day, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do for me and my entire family. Your dedication to your patients is truly admirable, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have you as my doctor. Thank you for making a difference in my life and the lives of so many others.
