THANK YOU

I landed with Dr. Kaplan because the doctor he was with at the time was not accepting new patients. I had no idea at that time how lucky I was. Dr. Kaplan was the same person and doctor before MDVIP as he is now. I have never had to wait for a return call or appointment. I don't know how to verbally express my gratitude and appreciation of his dedication, kindness, patience, etc., toward his "people." He is the same person if you speak with him during the work day or have to (unfortunately) call him during the weekend. A few years ago, I had a stomach bug and ended up dehydrated and passing out, going to the ER and spent a few days in the hospital. He checked on me EVERY DAY. That's crazy and appreciated. I don't know where he finds the time and even temperment to treat everyone so wonderfully. When I hear his even tone and sense of humor, I know I will make it through whatever I am going through. THANK YOU! Thank goodness for Vicki as well. She is so good at what she does. We talk and laugh, which is usually what I need when I have to spend time with her (I hate needles!). I don't know Katie very well, but she too has always been helpful and friendly. Every time I deal with Dr. Kaplan, Vicki, or Katie, I count my blessings. I hear horror stories about people's doctors and the lack of personal interaction and knowledge. I was never just a number or last name.
