As my wife and I age, many health changes and challenges continuously present themselves. It's comforting to know Dr. Crowe is there for us. She always has been more than helpful in a timely way whether it was a routine visit, a special visit, a telephone conversation or messaging via the office portal. She listens carefully to understand the question, concern or problem and her advice or action is always an intelligent well thought out response. The breadth of her knowledge, we think, is exceptional. We have never felt like she was impatient, or our issues weren't being addressed. Her advice for continuing good health practices is sound and practical. Lastly, and very importantly, her office staff is friendly, helpful, very professional and competent. The cost of MDVIP is not insignificant for us. However, all too many times you don't get what you pay for. We have no regrets joining Dr. Katy Crowe's practice. Thank you.
