taking the time

"Hello and goodbye". That is just about all I ever heard from my previous doctors before I was fortunate enough to find Dr. William Cox.
Dr. Cox takes the time to speak with me and listens to my concerns. I don't feel rushed when I am in his office, as compared to other doctors.
I also find it comforting to have his personal phone number in case anything comes up outside of office hours. Just wanted to give thanks for him.
