Taking the extra steps to make a potentially stressful situation run as smoothly as possible

During the most stressful and difficult point of the Covid pandemic I had a scare and didn't know what steps to take so I called Dr. Sims and without hesitation he requested that I go to the emergency room which was chaotic to say the least, but he called ahead and made sure they were expecting me and that they understood my symptoms this extra consideration made my terrifying Vist to the ER much less devastating for me, because of his effort I immediately felt seen and heard when I arrived and that made all of the difference in the world. Thank you Dr. Sims for always taking that extra step.
