Tail lights
There are many many instances that could illustrate the depth of commitment that our Dr. Pamela Hall has for her patients. This is only one. I forget now whether or not it was me or my wife who was suffering some illness or other.' I suspect it was before COVID. At any rate, the issue did not require hospitalization, but was uncomfortable and concerning. By telephone, we had kept Dr. Hall informed of our progress, and she told us she would think about the next step, and let us know. About 6:30 that evening, the phone rang. It was Dr Hall. "There is a package on the front porch," she said. That was startling news and as it happened, I was able to look up the driveway to see her tail lights as she left our house on her way home. Turns out she had samples of what was needed for us and to protect us from having to go out, she delivered it to us. It should be noted that we live in the country about 15 miles from her office and from her home. This drop off was NOT on her way. We retrieved the package and everything worked out well. The point is that the treatment from Dr, Hall was totally unexpected and totally in her character. She is a professional who deeply cares about her patients. She surprises us all the time. Now I pose this question: How often do patients see tail lights of their Dr.s cars leaving their driveway after such service? Right. That is just one glimpse of the dedication Dr. Hall brings to her patients and her profession. We feel so lucky and blessed that Dr. Hall is in our lives.
