Sunday morning @ 6:20am

I woke up with an excruciating neck pain, barely able to move and hadn’t had any prior injury, fall or event. Pain felt like blades pushing into my skin! I waited a couple hours (maybe) and placed a call to Dr. Kaplan, my MDVIP early Sunday 😬

I had a call back in 7 mins from HIM! He asked a ton of questions, spent 25 mins discussing what he believed it may be and called in a prescription. Pharmacy rushed it, per his request, ready in 90 minutes and after taking 2 scripts he prescribed, was feeling relief by 2:30pm that day. The pain was unbearable, almost to tears and that 1 call was a game changer!

I’m extremely fortunate to have Dr. Kaplan who truly cares about his patients and takes everything into consideration when providing treatment.

Problem was resolved 100% in 2 days, even though I finished the meds (as prescribed) and issue has never re-occurred.
