So glad I found you

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you-and love the entire focus of the MDVIP program. The other day I was talking to a friend of mine who really needs a good internist and hasn't found that individual-I recommended you for a multitude of reasons, but as I summed it up to her, I told her It's the gift I'm giving myself each year. It's true, and I thank you for the time you take, your attention to detail, your incredible follow-through skills, and especially for your kindness and sense of humor. This past fall as I wrestled through five weeks of my sinus infection, I was so grateful to know you were always just a phone call away, and that I'd always be able to see you the day I called, versus waiting a week or two. What a huge difference that made in both my care and my recovery. In addition, your help in getting me an appointment with an ENT specialist within hours was amazing, and also made a huge difference. My 'well' checks each year are something I really look forward to, and have really helped me be proactive in tracking year to year progress, as well as items I need to focus on more, and that's very motivating to me. So glad I found you when I did!
