So glad to be accepted into the Practice

I'm not used to being told that I can't do something I want to do, so, you can imagine my shock when I was told that Dr. Freeman's office was closed to new patients.
But, luckily for me, she had an opening, and I had a strong referral from one of my Specialist Doctors.
I've been in business myself for 45 years, and know what good customer service is. And, know that you don't find it very often.
But, that's the exception in Dr. Freeman's practice. She is a really good Doctor, and has a very efficient and caring staff.
When she was away on vacation, which she doesn't take that often, one morning I couldn't get out of bed, I was so dizzy. I called Dr. Freeman's office, and was told that her back-up Doctor would see me, which he did within one hour. He was so professional, and kind, and prescribed medication that solved my problem within a very short time. I was so relieved, and so appreciative that Dr. Freeman is my MDVIP Doctor.
She has a system for seeing you, and testing you for any issues, and she explains everything, and gives you options about alternatives.
I consider myself very fortunate to have this kind of care. Thank you MDVIP, and Dr. Freeman.
