It was February 5th, 2010, and the Baltimore area was expecting at least two feet of snow. I was getting into my car. The wind was blowing 40 miles an hour.before I was totally in, the wind closed the door while my hand was not in and the tip of my one finger was almost totally cut off. He had me come into his office, and he worked on me for almost two hours instead of making me go to the hospital. He is the most loving, kind and caring doctor I have ever met. Other doctors, I believe, would have seen the blizzard conditions and would have gone home. But, not doctor Billet. The patient ALWAYS comes first. Please do not ever retire. Thank you for everything you do.
