Sickcare to Healthcare!

Dr. Steve Winston of MDVIP Fairhope guided my broken body and soul back to health! With compassion and without judgment, he listened to my concerns and put me on a journey to wellness. When I arrived to Dr. Winston's practice, I was obese and knee replacement surgery had been recommended. That was me, at 55 years old. With baselining lab work, annual two hour meetings going through health indicators, and direct discussions about lifestyle changes, Dr. Winston helped me understand options. In the past 1+ year, I've given up alcohol, worked with a nutritionist, undertaken a strength building program, and lost over 50 pounds. We've gone from sickcare to wellness - and when I joined his practice, he told me that was his goal for every patient.
