She Saved My Life

Dr. McLain has been my doctor since 2004. I've had coronary artery disease since 1994 when I suffered a heart attack. During a routine office visit, Dr. McLain listened carefully as I described the way I was feeling. That and her close observation of my physical appearance led her to strongly recommend a visit with a cardiologist. Turned out I had major blockages in two arteries both of which required stents. She saved my life.

Intermittently, since 2007, I have had multiple stent procedures. During all that time and those procedures Dr. McLain was there to monitor my heart health and other health concerns. By 2014, the coronary artery disease (CAD) had become very aggressive and I had to have double bypass surgery. Less than a year later, two more stents were done. About this time my long-time cardiologist moved away.

Now I thank God that Dr. McLain referred me to another highly skilled and highly compassionate cardiologist. She saved my life again. I don't know where I would be if it weren't for Dr. McLain. I am very thankful to God for her.
