She Does Her Homework

Dr.Ozdemir lets my husband and me come to our annual review together, recognizing that we are each other’s best advocates. We are impressed at how well prepared she is to discuss things that have changed in the past year and things we may have talked to her about in previous visits. She sends us home with her notes on any changes we need to make in our routines and drug regimens. She also does a super job of training her staff; they are so friendly and helpful.
