She Cares.

It’s a short statement that says so much in todays fractured, sensory overloaded and contentious world. Dr. Maeder recently referred me to a specialist who gave me a life changing diagnosis. Many doctors would wait until the next visit to ask about the consultation with the specialist. Dr Maeder followed up with me, learned of the diagnosis, and then called me with personal advice about medication and other steps I could take, including specialist gyms that will help me manage my symptoms. All this while being caring, compassionate and positive.
You hear about people getting life changing diagnoses every day. We often don’t hear about their physicians that stand by them and support them - because often they palm off the patient to the specialist and move on. Not Dr Maeder. I feel I have an important and knowledgeable ally in my coming years. And I can’t thank her enough for going the extra mile to help and monitor me. Thanks.
